After a several year hiatus from a career in project management, I was extremely fortunate to connect with Kathleen. I was ready to take the first steps towards building an on-ramp to a new career, but lacked confidence and direction. I had a good understanding of my strengths and weaknesses, but had no idea how to translate this into a new career path.
